What exactly is ScrapSchool?
ScrapSchool is an exclusive, education-based, two-day event. The ScrapScription team will be bringing you advanced never seen before project classes. You will not only complete four project/mini albums but you will also learn great techniques that you'll use over and over again.
In addition, we'll have some fun along the way with make and takes, prizes, cropping, local shipping, and more!
ScrapSchool highlights:

How are ScrapSchool classes different from convention/store classes?
You will be taking classes designed exclusively for this event. These projects are designed with the latest techniques and products on the market.
How do I register for ScrapSchool?
You can register right at the bottom of this blog entry! Pay your $50 non-refundable deposit now and the balance will be due no later than Thursday, October 1, 2009. If you would like to set up a payment plan for the balance of your tuition, do not hesitate to email us at info@scrapscription.com.
Can I still register for ScrapSchool even though I won't be able to attend?
Yes you can! ScrapScription is offering a "distance learning" option. Cost will be the same as our "on-campus" experience, but we will simply pack everything up and send it directly to your home. Your package will arrive shortly after October 18th and will include all class materials, all make and takes, and any other learning materials provided to our students. As always, each kit will come with a full set of step-by-step color instructions to complete each project.

- Black and brown ink pads

- Eye punch/setter or Crop-A-Dile

- Xyron Create-a-Sticker (Model 150 "X" style)

- Cost per standard room starts at $109/night (plus taxes)
- Complimentary shuttle to and from airport, Easton Town Center, and within 5 miles of hotel for confirmed hotel guests
- Complimentary breakfast is included in the cost of each room
A block of rooms has been reserved for ScrapScription. Please check your confirmation email for further information on hotel booking for ScrapSchool. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly and letting them know you are with the ScrapScription group. Hotel reservations must be made prior to the 30 day cut off.
For local ScrapSchool students, you are not required to stay at the hotel to attend this event. However, amenitites listed above will not be available.

Travel by Air: Port Columbus International Airport, Columbus, Ohio (CMH)
Travel by Car: The Hampton Inn & Suites/Easton is easily accessible off I-270 and Morse Road on the east side of Columbus.

What is the age limit for ScrapSchool?
Students attending ScrapSchool must be at least 16 years old and be able to participate in classes. No children under the age of 16 will be permitted in the classroom/crop area.
Can I transfer or cancel my ScrapSchool registration?
Yes. You may transfer your registration at any time. You must submit a written request to info@scrapscription.com to transfer your registration.
You may also cancel your registration up to September 18, 2009 but will forfeit your $50 deposit. Between September 19 and October 1, 2009 there will be a $100 cancellation fee. Any cancellation after October 1, 2009 will result in no refund.
If you cancel your registration, you have the option to have all ScrapSchool class kits shipped to you but you must notify ScrapScription prior to the start of the event.
