We made it! Mega Meet 2011 is officially in the books! And it proved to be one of the best shows yet! We welcomed our repeat customers and returning class students all while making a bunch of new friends. Thank you to all that came out and shopped, took our Recipe Class, visited our booth, signed up to be a ScrapScriber and joined us for our daily make n' takes!
We are glad to be home but it's always a bit of a let down knowing it is all over. But stay tuned - we have a bit of Mega Meet to share with all of you over the next few months.
Special thank you to our husbands - Gregg and Mark for getting us safely up to Michigan and loaded, unloaded and the booth set up for the first time. And a big thank you to the wonderful men that came to Candy and I's rescue when a portion of the booth came crashing down about half way through set up day. We learned some very valuable lessons about how to properly reinforce our grid walls and the famous "figure 8" tyvek fastening method.
Huge thank yous for our assistants - Shanna and Andrea!!! We truly could not have made it through the long weekend without you. We appreciate your taking time away from your families - especially on Mother's Day weekend - to come and help us in the booth, at the make n' takes and in the classroom!
But for now - we thought we'd share some photos from the new double booth and our fantastic new 2 hour class!
Candy & I - Day 1 - Ready for customers!
Fun with make n' takes at the booth!
Good to see old friends!
More students working hard!
One lucky winner!
Our trusty assistants - Shanna and Andrea

Thanks for the photos. Wish I lived closer so I could attend.....glad you had a great show!

Loved the larger booth and the album class was terrific. I signed up for the kit subscription. Cannot wait :)

The recipe book class was great. I finished it at home and now am adding the family's famous and favorite recipes. Signed up for ScrapSchool, so looking forward to that! Thanks so much.
